This library was created to have a repository of information available for the community. It started when we began our work as a coalition trying to stop Premium’s Energy’s proposal to build a massive dam, reservoir, and hydro-electric power plant within the Catskill Forest Preserve.
The library continues to be developed and includes several sub-libraries based on topic or theme: Rights of Nature, Related research, Science and Engineering, Sample letters/templated (used during the FERC comment period), Cultural Historical Perspectives, and local Archeologist, Dr. April Beisaw’s work.
